New SEC Chairman Unveils Policies for Cryptocurrencies, Calls Bitcoin ‘Scarce Store of Value’

The new chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Gary Gensler, has shared his view on how the SEC plans to regulate cryptocurrencies, particularly bitcoin.
